Grill and bistro
The house presents itself as a meat restaurant with the energy of a French bistro: steaks, charcuterie, foie gras, wine and cocktails. The tenderloin, flank and rib eye are 100-day grain-fed beef, 220 g, with a choice of sauce and side. The côte de bœuf is a prime Black Angus, with 45 minutes of preparation. The menu also names pan-seared foie gras, French onion soup, a tartare, a wagyu burger, coq au vin and beef bourguignon. The Cambodian corner names a barramundi amok, a beef curry and a duck-breast laap.
