From the farm to the plate
The house says it has raised its own livestock since 2011 and butchers in the French tradition. Signature dishes on the site: beef carpaccio and tartare, fish carpaccio, salmon tartare, a charcuterie board, veal blanquette, beef tongue with piquant sauce, confit lamb shank, Basque chicken, côte de bœuf and salmon pavé.
