La Ferme de Bassac is a highly rated French bistro, charcuterie, and butcher shop in central Phnom Penh. Founded in 2011 by a French expat farmer and a former French Embassy chef, it delivers authentic French country gastronomy with livestock raised on a dedicated Cambodian partner farm using progressive, antibiotic-free practices.
The bistro. Rustic brasserie classics and house-cured meats — typical meals $10–15. Charcuterie boards (pâtés, rillettes, cold cuts, imported cheeses), steaks with classic sauces, duck confit, beef carpaccio, and specialty pork from the farm. Integrated bakery: baguettes, croissants, and French savory quiches.
Butcher & deli. Premium cuts, merguez and house sausages, takeaway meals — plus neighbourhood delivery for hot dishes and butcher items.
