Yi Sang Sothearos is the flagship restaurant of the Yi Sang brand in Phnom Penh. Opened on 8 August 2008 by master chef Luu Meng, one of Cambodia's most renowned chefs, the restaurant sets the local standard for Chinese fine dining in a refined and warm setting.

Cuisine. Traditional recipes, premium imported ingredients, and live seafood. Artisanal dim sum from breakfast — har gow, wasabi variations. Cantonese roasts: Peking duck, goose, Kulen black pork glazed with wild Cambodian honey. Herbal broths, homemade noodles, sweet and sour pork. Many vegetarian dishes available.

Space. Ground floor of the Almond Hotel Sothearos: contemporary decor, honeycomb walls paying tribute to local honey. Lively breakfasts, business lunches, or family meals — private rooms available by reservation.
