Yi Sang Sothearos is the flagship outlet of Phnom Penh's leading authentic Cantonese restaurant brand. Opened on 8 August 2008 by Master Chef Luu Meng, one of Cambodia's most renowned culinary figures, it has set the city's gold standard for Chinese fine dining in a refined, welcoming environment.

Cuisine. Time-honoured recipes, premium imported ingredients, and live seafood. Acclaimed artisan dim sum from sunrise — classic har gow and creative wasabi variants. Cantonese barbecue: crispy Peking duck, goose, and signature roast Black Kulen Pig glazed with wild Cambodian forest honey. Slow-cooked medicinal herb broths, house-pulled noodles, sweet and sour pork. Strong vegetarian selection.
