Cambodia's premier independent art space and German-Cambodian cultural center since 2007 — exhibitions, cinema, theatre, Goethe language school, and a community bar in the heart of Phnom Penh.
Meta House is Cambodia's largest independent media and arts center, founded in 2007 by German filmmaker Nico Mesterharm. Official partner of the Goethe-Institut in Cambodia, it fuses art, media, and social engagement to nurture the country's contemporary art scene while welcoming expats, travelers, and locals.
Cultural hub. A 3-story facility hosting rotating free-admission events: visual art exhibitions, independent film screenings, live theatre, music, and panel discussions. Gallery and « mini-museum » spaces showcase Khmer art, historical photography, and international collaborations. Outreach with the Ministry of Education and NGOs has engaged 500,000+ students through educational theatre nationwide.
Goethe-Zentrum. Certified German language courses, intercultural workshops, and multimedia library access.
Berlin Bar & Genova. Rooftop and courtyard dining — international comfort food, German and Italian favourites, acoustic nights, trivia, and DJ sets in a laid-back, uncommercial atmosphere.
