Le Manolis is an elegant French bistro and wine bar, a premium nightlife spot in the heart of Phnom Penh. Located in a beautifully restored French colonial building near the Post Office and Wat Phnom, it combines period charm with contemporary Parisian hospitality.
The cuisine. Traditional French techniques reimagined. Signature starters include the La Planche Du Manolis (charcuterie & cheeses), roasted bone marrow, burrata with melon, and razor clams. Main dishes feature homemade lasagna, seafood, steak, and a refined croque monsieur. Oyster Wednesdays (6 PM – 8 PM): buy 6, get 12 served — paired with white wines from southern France.
The bar. Exceptional wine cellar, wine shop, and innovative cocktails — including the signature “The Grinch” (mezcal & Chartreuse verte). Cigars, digestifs, and a wide selection of spirits.
Atmosphere. Dim lighting, bottle walls, and terrace. Calm during the day; lively on weekends (live music, guest bartenders, DJ). Open daily from 11 AM to midnight. Reservations recommended for oyster Wednesdays and weekends. le-manolis.com
