The kitchen. Traditional French techniques with a modern touch. Signature starters: La Planche Du Manolis charcuterie and cheese boards, roasted bone marrow, burrata with melon, razor clams. Mains include handmade lasagna, fresh seafood, steak, and an upscale croque monsieur. Oyster Wednesdays (6:00–8:00 PM): buy 6 oysters, get 12 — paired with white wines from southern France.
The bar. Exceptional wine cellar, curated wine shop, and innovative cocktails — including signature « The Grinch » (mezcal & Green Chartreuse). Cigars, digestifs, and a wide spirits selection.
