Dîner au 37ème étage de la tour Vattanac Capital, c'est comme savourer des œuvres d'art culinaires tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur Phnom Penh et le Mékong. Les grillades au charbon de bois et le sashimi de thon gras nous ont vraiment transportés au Japon, le tout dans une élégance indéniable.
