NESAT Seafood House is one of Phnom Penh's most popular seafood spots. The restaurant blends traditional Cambodian flavours with Western preparations, featuring daily catches delivered from the coastal province of Kampot.
Signatures. The “Nesat Madness” platter (~17 USD): grilled fish, juicy shrimp, and local shellfish to share. Lobster with garlic butter, mussels in red wine, sautéed clams with basil-tamarind, crab fried rice, seafood amok. Many dishes feature fresh Kampot green and red pepper.
Drinks. Extensive cocktail menu, fresh juices, and a happy hour buy 1 get 1 free from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Atmosphere. Coastal cottage decor: raw wood, fishing nets and gear, lush indoor gardens, naturally ventilated terraces (no air conditioning). A relaxed and romantic setting, perfect for groups or casual dates.
