Hops Craft Beer Garden

Hops Craft Beer Garden & Restaurants has gathered three gardens in Phnom Penh since 2016 around the Bash Brewing brewery. The beers are brewed on site by a German brewmaster, with malt, hops, yeast and water.

Three addresses

Hops Central, in Boeng Keng Kang, is the brewery and the large garden, with a pool hall. Hops Villa, in Toul Kork, is an art deco villa and garden, around a fountain. Hops Eden is in Eden Mall, in the city centre. Each room posts its own hours on hops-brewery.com.

German food and beer

The menu, served at Central and Villa, names pork knuckle, Vienna schnitzel, sausages, the Hops burger and sharing plates, with vegetarian options. Full venues hold 200 to 600 people, and private rooms or terraces hold 50 to 100.
