Crown jewel: cafe + archive of New Khmer Architecture (HKA + Partners). Breeze blocks, sketches and models on display.
Cambodia's most famous home-grown specialty coffee chain (since 2009): in-house roasting, scratch-made pastries, and architecturally stunning branches that became social hubs in Phnom Penh and beyond.
BROWN Coffee and Bakery is Cambodia's best-known specialty coffee brand. Founded in 2009 by young Cambodian entrepreneurs, it helped kickstart modern cafe culture in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang and other cities — nearly 40 locations, each with a unique design, often by HKA + Partners.
BROWN bridges international standards with local ingredients. The signature BROWN Latte (house blend), Phnom Penh Coffee and TNAOT series with aromatic thnoat (palm sugar) on iced lattes and matcha crema, scratch bakery (Matcha Rotiboy buns, cheesecakes), brunch (Egg Benedict, BROWN Burritos). On-site roasting at Roastery branches.
