AEON Mall 3

AEON Mall Meanchey, better known as AEON Mall 3, is located on Samdech Hun Sen Boulevard (60-metre boulevard) in the ING City area south of Phnom Penh. Its concept focuses on edutainment, combining shopping, dining, and family entertainment across more than 170,000 m².

The mall stands out with its green spaces and open design: a glass-floored sky bridge, Kome Kome Park on the rooftop, walking areas, and panoramic views. For shopping, you’ll find hundreds of international brands (Uniqlo, H&M, Adidas, Nike), beauty outlets (Watson's, Guardian), the large electronics store Nojima, Daiso, and the largest AEON Supermarket in the country.

For leisure, there’s a major cinema complex, an ice rink, arcade/VR zones, and several paid indoor play areas for children. Families also appreciate Kids Republic and convenient services like stroller rentals near the information counters or supermarket.

Dining options range from an affordable food court to specialised restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Khmer). Open daily from 09:00 to 22:00. As the mall is about 30 to 45 minutes from the historical centre (depending on traffic), access is usually by taxi or apps like Grab. Tip: wear good shoes, as a full visit can quickly turn into a long walk.
