Day 2 — Markets and cooking class

Visit to the Russian Market (spices, sauces), followed by a Khmer cooking class.

Day 3 — Street food & Phnom Penh by night

Night street food tour in the lively neighborhoods of Phnom Penh.

Day 4 — Arrival in Kampot — Kampot pepper

Bus to Kampot (3h). Visit to a pepper plantation (IGP Kampot).

Day 5 — Kep — crabs with green pepper, fish market

Day in Kep, the gastronomic capital for seafood: crab market and must-try lunch.

Day 6 — Kampot — Kampot salt and distillery

Visit to the salt fields of Kampot and the Sombai distillery (Cambodian liqueurs).

Day 7 — Siem Reap — Phare Circus & street food

Arrival in Siem Reap. Evening at Phare Circus (acrobatics + Khmer cuisine).

Day 8 — Khnach village and rural cuisine

Excursion to a village around Siem Reap: traditional cooking with locals, rice fields.

Day 9 — Angkor & sunrise picnic

Sunrise at Angkor Wat followed by a picnic breakfast by the moat. Free time in the late morning.

Day 10 — Morning market & departure

Last morning market to bring back some treasures (pepper, prahok, spices). Departure.
