Hops Craft Beer Garden & Restaurant
Independent microbrewery and beer garden in Phnom Penh since 2016: Bash Brewing, 100% natural beers brewed on-site according to German purity laws.
Hops is Cambodia's first independent international craft microbrewery (since 2016), home to Bash Brewing. A German master brewer produces 100% natural beers — only malt, hops, yeast, and water, following the purity law of over 500 years.
Two main locations in Phnom Penh (plus one at Eden Mall):
- Hops Central (BKK) — vibrant flagship on Street 228: brewery, large garden, billiards, darts.
- Hops Villa (Tuol Kork) — renovated Art Deco villa in a lush garden, offering a calmer atmosphere.
House beers (around 4–6 USD): Gold Angel (lager), Amber Witch (wheat), Bash IPA, Red Fury (red ale). Tasting boards of 4–5 beers: 9.50–11 USD.
Menu: giant pretzels, crispy pork knuckle, Jäger schnitzel, beer-battered fish & chips. Free-Flow Friday BBQ (6 PM–10 PM): grill buffet 25 USD, unlimited beer 19 USD, combo 35 USD. Weekend tapas brunch (11 AM–4 PM): starting from 19.50 USD (soft drinks) or 29 USD with unlimited beer.
Atmosphere: air-conditioned rooms, terraces, private rooms, green gardens, 3 professional billiard tables, electronic darts, tournaments on Mondays. Dogs are welcome outdoors, children are welcome, free parking available. Cards and mobile payments accepted.
