Smateria (founded in 2006) transforms recycled and upcycled materials into sustainable bags and accessories — a WFTO certified brand with an ethical micro-factory in Phnom Penh. This Siem Reap boutique (Alley West) showcases colourful collections for Angkor visitors and expatriates.

Collections. Totes and pouches made from NET (fishing nets) and vegan fabric IKI (recycled plastic bags), along with sturdy laptop covers, passport holders, and travel bags.

Mission. Approximately 75% of artisans are women, receiving fair wages, with a free daycare at the Phnom Penh factory. Perfect ethical souvenirs before or after visiting the temples.
