Rosewood Phnom Penh occupies the top 14 floors of Vattanac Capital Tower, at 66 Preah Monivong Boulevard, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh. It opened on 12 February 2018. 175 rooms and suites. The tower, shaped like a dragon facing east, rises to 188 m.

175 rooms and suites. Executive Room, Premier River Room (50 m², Tonle Sap view), Grand Premier Room (62 m²), Mekong Suite (65 m²), Romduol Suite (82 m²), Chaktomuk Suite (95 m²), Monivong House (160 m²) and Norodom House (225 m²). The hotel is smoke-free.

In the hotel

A 22 m indoor pool on level 33, open daily from 6 am to 9 pm. The fitness centre is on the same floor and open 24 hours. Sense, A Rosewood Spa. A Pedi:Mani:Cure studio by Bastien Gonzalez. An art gallery. A hydroponic garden on level 9: the hotel says it supplies all of its greens.

Where to eat

Brasserie Louis, on level 35: continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, French comfort food and Cambodian dishes. CUTS: hand-cut meat and a cellar of more than 3,000 bottles. Iza: robata, sushi, noodles and sake. Zhan Liang, on B1 of Vattanac Mall: Cantonese, Sichuanese and northern Chinese cooking, a tea library and a roasting station. Living Room: coffee and pastries. Sora, a bar on level 37, on a cantilevered terrace. Whisky Library, on the same floor: single malts and 24 cigar varieties.
