La Croisette Bistro & Restaurant is an institution in Phnom Penh, one of the very first international restaurants on the waterfront. Founded in 1997 after the years of political transition, this European-managed venue is located directly on the promenade of Preah Sisowath Quay.
The Menu. Mediterranean specialities, classic European dishes, and refined Khmer cuisine. Renowned breakfasts (Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, avocado toast), homemade tortellini, Kampot pepper ossobuco, sea bass with vermouth, Jägerschnitzel, stone oven pizzas, Lok Lak, Fish Amok, papaya salad with grilled shrimp. A counter with 32 flavours of homemade ice creams made from real fruits. Craft beers on tap (including Bash Brewing) and cocktails.
Ambiance. Riverfront terrace on the ground floor, air-conditioned lounge, and “The Garden” upstairs — a lush terrace with panoramic views of the water. A plastic-free policy is in place for all customer operations.
Practical Information. Located at 241 Preah Sisowath Quay (corner of Street 144), Daun Penh. Open daily from 8:00 AM to midnight. Cash, cards, and mobile QR payments accepted.
