Bouchon is a French wine bar and restaurant at 82 Preah Oknha Ket Street (Street 174), in a colonial house in central Phnom Penh. The house has imported its wine from France since 2011.
The menu
French small plates, bistro dishes and cocktails. On the regular menu: imported beef tartare at $14, beef bourguignon at $16, choucroute at $16, house foie gras at $12, and a charcuterie or cheese board at $13. Desserts include crème brûlée at $5, chocolate mousse and Paris-Brest at $6. The wine list, built by their sommelier, runs from the Loire and the Rhône to Burgundy, Bordeaux and champagne.
The house
Sit in the dining room, at the bar or on the terrace. Live music runs on Wednesday and Friday, from 7pm to 10pm. Tables are booked for two hours at book.bouchon-wine-bar.com.
