How it works
Market: tuk-tuk ride to a local market (often BKK) to pick herbs, spices and vegetables with the chef. Kitchen: cook a three-course menu (spring rolls or green mango salad, fish amok or yellow curry, "Banana Palm" dessert). Tasting: lunch or dinner with what you've made.
Options: half-day (~3–4 h) or full day. Sessions around 9am and 3pm. From about $36 per person. Recipe sheets and certificate included. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free on request.
