AURA is a rooftop in Tonle Bassac, at 14 Street 308, on the corner of Street 29. The house serves Khmer and international cooking, with cocktails, from lunch until 1 am.
The table
Chef Dun Sophol runs the kitchen. The menu mixes Khmer dishes and charcoal grills: the Kampong Chhnang Khmer Wagyu rib-eye (200 g) is $22, beef saraman is $12, fish amok is on the menu, and the Khmer platter for four is $34. At the bar, the signature cocktails are the Aura Sling and the Aura Delight.
