Arthur & Paul is a men-only hotel at 27 Street 71, in BKK1. It is the first hotel-spa of its kind in Phnom Penh: five rooms in a renovated 1930s building, with a garden and a pool.

Five rooms, with a 1970s design, and enough space to settle in. The hotel is for men only: it is not simply a gay-friendly address.

The pool is freshwater, in the tropical garden, with a 16-metre lane. Hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, and massages by reservation, given by the hotel team. Bar and restaurant on site.

Street 71 is in BKK1. A tuk-tuk takes about five minutes to the Central Market, the National Museum, the Royal Palace and Sisowath Quay.
On Street 71 the pool sits in the garden, under the palms. Five rooms, a bar, and the Royal Palace five minutes away by tuk-tuk.
