Anik Boutique Hotel is the group's first hotel, opened in late 2014 at the Rainbow Bridge on Tonle Bassac Street, in Khan Chamkarmon. The name comes from the founder's wife: in Khmer, anik means politeness and generosity. There are 38 rooms and suites, refurbished in August 2023.
Rooms
The rooms are furnished in a European style, in a building that mixes Khmer architecture with a colonial look. Beds are king size or twin.

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room, restaurant, gym and spa. The desk is open 24 hours. Wifi throughout, and babysitting on request.

The Rainbow Bridge is a short walk to Koh Pich. AEON Mall 1 is a few minutes by tuk-tuk. The Independence Monument is further north.
