Advance European Medicare Center (AEMC)

The Advance European Medicare Center (AEMC) is an international clinic located in the centre of Phnom Penh, just a stone's throw from the Independence Monument and Sisowath Quay. It caters to both local residents and the expatriate community with a wide range of outpatient services and a medical team accustomed to European standards.

The main site at 3, street 240 (Sangkat Chaktomuk) houses consultations, laboratory services, imaging, and the Pharmacy de la Gare. Here, you can find general and preventive medicine, gynaecology, ENT, cardiology, dermatology, urology, neurology, diabetology, hepatology, psychiatry, sports medicine, acupuncture, and alternative therapies, as well as respiratory assessments, audiology, health check-ups, and nursing services. The establishment also has a second site in Boeng Snor (National Road 1); however, for an initial appointment or follow-up, street 240 remains the most convenient location.

Hours (according to the official communication from the centre): open 7 days a week — Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 6:45 pm, Sunday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Languages spoken at the clinic include Khmer, English, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Spanish (Italian and Russian are also mentioned on some historical documents). Easy access via Norodom, dedicated parking, and prices are considered reasonable for a facility of this level.
