Cardio Boxing is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that can boost your heart health, aid weight loss, increase whole-body strength, improve balance and coordination, and relieve stress. Plus, you’ll learn some awesome punching skills and have a blast with our friendly and supportive community.
Our cardio boxing classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are held every morning on weekdays at 8:30am and Saturdays at 9am.
