Description

Eggplant Bear’s Kitchen is a home baking and cooking project based on a passion for authentic European food, slow processes and creative interpretations of various culinary traditions. Eggplant Bear makes artisan sourdough bread, pretzels, brioche loaves, tarts and pies, cream puffs, layered cakes and other baked goodies. He also prepares a range of handmade savoury and sweets spreads, preserves, jams and marmalades that usually vary according to seasonality and the availability of fresh, quality local ingredients.
