Phnom Penh spice found by a brother and sister who obsess to share the technique of cooking Khmer food. you will not just about cooking but go deeper to undetstand about Cambodian taste, food culture and where those food come from.

What we will cook cook
- Starter: For starter you will prepare BBQ in Cambodian style that use a lots spice to make the taste stronger with flavor and aroma.

- Main course: You will prepare and cooking Amok, it is similar to curry but it is not curry, it could be chicken, fish, vegetarian or tofu, you can choose one of those, we will put in the coconut and steam it.

- Dessert: Cooking a Cambodian sweet, you will taste the banana with creamy from coconut milk and palm sugar.
