Description

THE 1ST CAMBODIAN PREMIUM RUM “PURE SUGAR CANE JUICE”
Ampov Distillery is located in Phnom Penh.
We select our cane with the growers, who deliver it to us every 2 days, then press it at the distillery.
Fermentation is long, without acidification, and distillation takes place in 2-pass copper stills from France.
Our entire cellar is made up of barrels from France.
Ageing is therefore tropical.
We also work with molasses.
Our labels always show the year of distillation.
All our rums are 100% natural, with no added sugar, additives or colorants, making them highly aromatic.
Our distillery is an artisanal distillery: from pressing to bottling, everything is done by hand at the distillery.
