Description

Amarak Farm is a 2-hectare organic farm situated on the left bank of the Bassac River in Koh Krobey, a rural village in Chbar Ampeou District, southern Phnom Penh. Since 2008, the farm has been specializing in growing leafy vegetables, including rocket (arugula) and various lettuce varieties, as well as herbs, tomatoes, beans, and fruits.

The farm recently expanded its offerings to include a cafe, which opened in late 2018, and luxurious homestay accommodations. The accommodation consists of five rooms equipped with state-of-the-art kitchens, an indoor dining area, and a swimming pool. The Trabek Dining Room, located near the pool, can seat up to 10 people, and guests can either order from the cafe or prepare their own food in the adjacent kitchen.

The menu at the cafe features farm-to-table dishes that incorporate fresh ingredients from the organic farm. Guests can choose from a variety of Asian and Western dishes, and the cafe offers freshly-ground coffee, high-quality teas, as well as a wide selection of beers, cocktails, and wines at reasonable prices.
